About Ko in a Semeai Between

Two One-Eyed Groups (2012)

White's False Eyes

The consequences of White's false eyes are a bit irritating, so we give detailed explanations here. From here on, we will restrict ourselves to the case EX = 2, because the case EX = 1, in which Black will need only one ko-threat (more than White), can only happen after a White mistake.
We will analyse several combinations of filling in false eyes by White and occupying further shared liberties by Black.
