Black's atari seems to be a strong answer to White's crosscut.
White's single stones in the top left corner look weak, but nevertheless Black will be unable to gain decisively in the following sequences.

:
Black connects, allowing White to also lead all her single stones in the corner to the outside.

:
Black must not block at , instead.
White would throw-in at and capture some of Black's stones in the corner, so winning the game by a large margin.

:
Black's connection if forced.

:
Playing any further in the top left corner costs White Main Semeai Liberties; therefore, she would not gain from doing so.

:
As usual, Black plays elsewhere after White's atari at the lower edge.

...

:
White's hane preempts a Black move at the same point. Eventually, Black will have to connect at .

:
Black does not connect with .

If he did, the final scores would become Jigo / White + 4.

If Black played an one-point forcing move of e.g. , instead, the final scores would change to W + 1 / W + 3.

:
White will not gain by playing or in the left centre.
