Taking a liberty of White's group in the top left, with a move at instead, will fail with the attempt to revive Black's potential ko-threats in the nakade, and lose a move in the semeai on the right.

Black's group is below the Punishment Semeai Liberty Level, so there are no valid ko-threats in the nakade on the left side.

White's centre group has four liberties left, so the atari of on the upper edge is no valid ko-threat. However, the same is also true for Black moves in the nakade.
