But instead of being able to admire Black's skill, we must recognize the profound dilemma in which Black is actually in.

As a matter of course, White captures the hanezeki's tail, to realize her territorial gain that she got as equivalent to Black's seemingly won moves.

White wins by six points.

It was impossible for Black to find moves that could serve both the Capture Variation, as well as the Semeai Variation, to the same effect. The decision-making authority between these two variations belongs exclusively to White, thus she will choose the one that is better for her.
