If Black connected at , White would give atari at , and Black would be unable to connect at , because White would capture at .
Therefore, Black would be forced to capture at , continuing with the ko fight. This ko, however, would be a flower-viewing ko for White, threatening to capture a lot of Black stones at the left, but with only a minor burden for herself.

These two moves are miai, so Black's large connected group at the bottom is safe from being captured by White.

Black will win the game by a large margin.
